What Means Express company accept customs risk for you and us?

We pay more express charge to express company(About 15usd/pr), the normal express charge is 12USD/Pairs, This means we pay more 3usd/Pairs for express insurance, So the express company must find their safe way to send out shoes, else if shoes lost on the road, they must compensate our lost money(Shoes and Express fee about 30usd/pairs), So if shoes lost , we can get money from express company for resend shoes.

So you and us are safe to do business. Express company will find the right way for save shipping.
